HOW QUICKLY CAN I MOVE IN?
We know that one of the biggest hurdles for people buying new homes is the wait time for the home to be built. At Copper Sky Homes, one of our goals is to get our clients into their new home as quickly as possible. Unlike other builders, we don’t wait for a home to be sold before we begin building. In many cases, we have homes fully completed and available. You can expect have your new home in as little as 45 days. Our partially completed homes can be ready in 45-90 days. If choosing a lot that construction has not begun, the estimated timeline of home completion is 90-180 days.
WHERE CAN I SEE A HOME?
We are currently pre-selling at our Eden Meadows community. Grand opening of models is anticipate for April 1st, 2020.
